As an Educator – Do you question if your curriculum prepares your students enough for our earth’s future? Are you tired of corporations funding education, programs and research that only serve their agenda and need for profit? Do you envision a more holistic learning approach to post-secondary education?

As an Active Citizen – Are you scared about climate change? Do you worry about hormones and chemicals in the water and products you consume? Do you rely on petroleum to fuel your daily life, and wish you had healthy options? Do you stress about our children having to cope with their legacy to cleanse and restore our planet?

As an Organization Doing Good Works – Do you want to build a healthy and rewarding alliance? Do you need qualified workers who have been educated in what’s good for our planet and how to work together?

If your answer to any of these questions is YES, we need your help to build an alternative and affordable education option – The New University Cooperative.

Here's What You Could Do as a New U Member

• Publicity & Networking: Get us in your local newpaper or community radio show; Talk to people about the New U Cooperative and let them know about this website; See if the staff in your university or college are interested in getting involved; Connect us with organizations you think we could partner with;
• Research & Fundraising: Help us to find funding for our non-profit or raise it yourself (you will be assisted); Research is required every so often. Past research has been on types of incorporation, similar alternative schools around the world, and education-based grant sources.
• Anything You Would Like to Offer: Creativity and great ideas started and sustain the New U. Lend us your ideas and whatever else you wish to offer. Maybe you have access to land, know a great contact, are an accounting or legal wizard, or love speaking in public. Let's unite our resources.
• Teach a Course: Have a great idea for a course that you know you would fit just right with our principles and needs to get out there?
• Be Part of a Curricular Comittee: Want to participate in the committee that decides what the new university teaches and how the curricula will be laid out?

Registration can submitted in two ways:

A. Filling out the Online Registration Form. Please note that this registration must be followed up with payment by mail. Online payment is temporarily unavailable.

B. Downloading the attachment below, printing it and mailing it with your payment
