Arlo is a Cree Dakota mother of five living in Ottawa. She is a writer and recovering activist with a history in women's/Aboriginal people's rights and is a 15 year veteran of the AIDS movement. A former journalist and health care worker, Arlo is a devoted social justice advocate committed to the environment and encouraging people/countries to stop killing each other. Her current work includes community-based/participatory research, organization development contracts and a board director position with the Ontario Herbalist Association. |
